At Boutique del fiore, we take pride in preparing fresh and beautiful floral arrangements for every order. Because flowers are perishable and made to order, we kindly ask customers to review this Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Perishable Product Notice
Flowers, bouquets, and floral arrangements are fresh, time-sensitive, and perishable products. For this reason, not all orders are eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
We do, however, want every customer to have a positive experience and will review any order issue fairly and reasonably.
2. Eligible Refund or Replacement Cases
You may be eligible for a refund, replacement, or store credit if:
- Your order arrives damaged
- Your order arrives in poor condition
- You receive the wrong item
- Your order is not delivered due to an error on our side
- There is a significant issue with the quality of the flowers upon arrival
If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and provide clear details of the problem.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements will generally not be offered in the following situations:
- The recipient does not like the flower type, color, or style after successful delivery
- Minor variations from website photos due to seasonal availability, natural flower differences, or necessary substitutions
- Delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer
- The recipient was unavailable and the flowers were delivered according to the provided instructions or left in a safe location when appropriate
- Delays caused by weather, traffic, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control
- Orders that have already been successfully delivered and are reported too late to reasonably assess freshness or condition
4. Substitution Policy
Because flowers are seasonal and subject to daily availability, some blooms, colors, wrapping, or decorative materials may occasionally be substituted with similar items of equal or greater value.
Such substitutions are considered a normal part of floral service and do not qualify for a refund unless the overall arrangement is significantly inconsistent with the order.
5. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellations may be accepted only if the order has not yet been prepared, processed, or dispatched. Once floral preparation has begun or delivery is in progress, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation or refund.
6. Order Changes
Requests to change delivery dates, recipient information, card messages, or arrangement details should be submitted promptly.
We will do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee modifications once an order is already in preparation or out for delivery.
7. Refund Review Process
If a refund or replacement request is approved, the resolution may be provided in one of the following forms:
- Full refund
- Partial refund
- Replacement arrangement
- Store credit
All refund decisions are made at our reasonable discretion based on the specific circumstances of the order.
